Tastes of Sundance

We just finished a fabulous 10 days of catering for the Sundance Film Festival. As the official caterer at Sundance House, we were involved with great parties for producers, directors, writers and musicians. We concluded with the awards night party and celebration that followed for 2,000 attendees. One of the items on our buffet was our salad on a stick. Guests really loved these. We took chunks of romaine lettuce, spinach leaves, pear tomatoes, cucumbers and ribbons of carrots and threaded all on a wooden skewer. We then drizzled with different kinds of dressings. Such a fun way to present salad on a buffet.
