From the gracious public spaces designed for gathering to the serene, retreat-like private rooms, this home designed by Bond Design maintains the same thoughtful balance. It celebrates the past without feeling bound by tradition, embraces artistry without sacrificing comfort, and honors its spectacular mountain setting without relying on familiar alpine clichés. Instead, it offers something increasingly rare: a home with an unmistakable point of view, one shaped not by trends of geography but by the passions and collections of the people who live there.

Bond Design’s Jennifer Chipman shares some of her favorite finds featured in the home, below.

Fiorentina 60” Range, from $43,985, Officine Gullo, us.officinegullo.com

“This kitchen was years in the making. Jennifer had long admired Officine Gullo and dreamed of
incorporating one of their kitchens into the right project. When this home came along, it finally
felt like the perfect fit. The custom kitchen and range were crafted in Florence, Italy, and
bringing them to Utah required months of coordination, freight logistics, and patience. Every
detail was customized—from the finishes and hardware to the interior drawer inserts—resulting
in a kitchen that feels as beautiful as it is functional. As one of the first Officine Gullo kitchens
installed in Utah, it represents both a design milestone and a true labor of love.”

Dr. Robert John Thornton’s The Temple of Flora Prints, from $1,575 each, Audubon Art, audubonart.com

The Temple of Flora botanical prints by Dr. Robert John Thornton are antique originals that our client had treasured for years, patiently waiting for the right setting. Remarkably, the room was already designed before we ever knew they existed. When she unveiled them, it felt as though they had been the inspiration all along. Their colors, scale, and character settled into the space so naturally that you would assume the entire room had been designed around them. Sometimes the best design moments aren’t planned—they’re discovered.”

Waterworks Emile Freestanding Oval Cast Iron Bathtub, from $32,820, Mountain Land Design,
SLC, mld.com

Earlham on Tarnished Silver Gilded Paper, to the trade, De Gournay, degournay.com

“The hand-painted De Gournay wallcovering in the primary suite was always intended to be treated as artwork rather than simply wallpaper. Set against a gilded background, each panel possesses the richness and craftsmanship of a fine painting. To emphasize that quality, the millwork was designed to frame each section individually, creating the feeling of a curated gallery installation rather than a continuous mural. The result is a layered composition that celebrates both the artistry of the wallcovering and the architectural details surrounding it.”
